What we collect
When you use a form on this site — like a wholesale enquiry, a suburb request, or the fruit & veg notify list — we collect the details you enter, which may include your name, email, phone number, business name, and suburb. We don't collect anything you don't type in yourself.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to you — whether that's a wholesale enquiry, a delivery question, or letting you know when fruit & veg launches. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else, and we don't use it for anything beyond what you asked us to do.
Payments
All online payments are handled securely through Square. We never see or store your full card details — that's all managed by Square directly.
Forms & third parties
Our enquiry forms are powered by Web3Forms, a third-party form service, which securely delivers your submission to our inbox. We don't control Web3Forms' own systems, but we only ever use it to receive the messages you choose to send us.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just get in touch and we'll sort it out — we're a small farm, so this is genuinely quick and easy for us to do.
